So you have to remove six percent just to reach European crime rates which include all the crimes by immigrants and Muslims?
Remove six percent of our population and our homicide rate is like 3% of yours.
Even without inner city black population, we'd still have a shit ton of immigrants (legal and otherwise) and Muslims.
