I'd say just stop all federal funds for California and send all the illegals there. Crash the state with their own policies that they demand until they come crawling back for help.
That’s just step one.
Step 2: Detonate the fault line and turn it into a moat.
Are 3: Revoke their state status and treat it as Mexico 2.
Step 4: Carpet bombing, just to be sure. That is the American way after all.
Stop (at least almost) all federal funds to all states. They're just used as strings to move the puppets. Remove federal income tax, remove a bunch of regulations, and let states do their own things, as originally intended.
The majority of the state is red. SFO and LA can eat my nuts.
