Matt Gaetz and his father are kind of "new money" for both politics and wealth. They're upstarts that weren't invited in. Not to mention, Matt Gaetz has been uncompromisingly difficult for the NeoCons to work with. He genuinely doesn't give a shit about what they think, and keeps pointing out their corruption. Then, on top of all of that, he's pretty friendly with Trump. BUT, he's not a Trump loyalist. He's independent enough that he'll still resist Donald Trump's advances, even while Matt is supporting him. So, there's no good way to control him, and he keeps pissing the establishment off.
