That constant psychotic looks in his eyes should be immediate grounds for lethal force self defence. There is just no way to be safe around someone that insane without them being to strapped to a bed in a straight jacket.
That's why it's a police issue and not a gender freak one. Police were already abusing strip searches to assault members of the public.
