Im noticing some of the places I access KIA2 from no longer work. One by one each spot has stopped working. My account is fine but the site is blocked. Other subs like gaming work normally at all sites.

Can he even give device bans? Would be strange if he could since it's been suggested he do so against the resident gore spammer and that clearly hasn't happened.

I expect C can, but nobody here knows fully just what controls Dom may have when it comes to moderation as well as whatever admin powers may still then exist above that.
