Also, when Jennifer Lee was put in charge of Disney Animation, she immediately went to work promoting DEI hires to positions they weren't qualified for. At the same time, experienced animators (i.e. straight white men) were given shit jobs and locked out of promotions until they gave up and left for jobs at Dreamworks and Netflix. She did so much damage that Disney is now offshoring their animation work to Canada because they literally aren't capable of doing it in California any more. It's why Wish was such a shitshow with such terrible animation.

Edit: I almost forgot one thing. Disney tied their employees' bonuses to DEI goals. Every employee would have to list out everything they have done to promote diversity. This had two purposes: to pay their foot soldiers more, and to force conservatives to identify themselves via their lack of participation so they could be fired.
