Democrats will suddenly forget Kamala campaigned for The Wall and go back to obstructions and lawsuits at every step of the process to stall it. Mysteriously, a wall is racist again since Trump won. They will sabotage every deportation effort.

However they cannot sabotage his peace talks in Eastern Europe.

They cannot sabotage him re-opening fossil fuel deposits ( that were blocked by executive order of Biden's handlers ).

Democrats might not want to block Kennedy's health initiatives ( food, pharma, fluoride poisoning ), that will be the job of lobbyists.
