I don't have time to look through it now but, yeah, I was immediately suspicious.
People are dumb but, and this could just be denial, I refuse to believe they're this dumb.
I think there's some serious bullshit going on, one way or the other.
Every single survey is built in a specific way to get the answer they want to hear. One of the first things you learn about building one is how not to do that, which then means you know all the exact ways you can also do it.
Its why they are nearly always useless drivel meant to outrage bait or manipulate.
Like, its so fucking easy to get data that supports any possible end. Especially if you control for "outliers" which means you can just discard anything that doesn't fit the average or your expectations.
They are dumber.
I just had an acquaintance ask me how I was voting, and then she got all offended because she sincerely believed that Trump wanted to kill all the black people and Mexicans.
It's an election year, so that should be the default assumption regarding basically everything.
