At #26 on Wikipedia, Detroit is out of the top 20 and top 25. Around 25 is where, if you'd asked me prior to looking at this chart, I would have separated large cities from medium sized or smaller ones. (I'm looking to move outside of a city that is not-large). However, you have stuff like Detroit and Baltimore down there, so I guess population isn't everything. Maybe I should exclude the top 30 cities.
633K, I didn't realize it was that small. Baltimore has a population at 550K.
I would have guessed Baltimore has around 1M people so I'm surprised by both numbers.

Detroit is shrinking by 80-100k people a decade since the large flight.
