If you don't know, the Matt and Blonde Show was a weekly (briefly twice weekly) show going over a handful of noteworthy news stories for the week. Matt Christiansen hosted it on his channel, and it was co-hosted by Blonde. Matt's more of a borderline-autistic conservative, while Blonde is burn-this-shit-down reactionary, so they had a pretty interesting dynamic. One disassembles and analyzes a story, the other just rips it to shreds.
You may also have heard of Matt from the recent Tenet drama, since he was one of the channels under them. As an independent channel, he was always a very thorough investigator, and meticulous about sourcing his arguments. His work was practically spotless, which made it hard for anyone to smear him until the Tenet thing happened.
We'll have to wait until tomorrow to hear Matt's side apparently. Normally I'd back him immediately, but being involved in a phony federal investigation is the kind of pressure that makes most people crack, especially when they have something to lose.
TL;DR: Blonde says she'd have to pull back on important topics for her (likely race and failing democracy) for somewhat unclear reasons, and chose to leave the show instead, Matt says he'd word it differently. It's all very vague as of yet.
I never really followed them much, I watched a few of Matt's videos a few years ago and then stopped because I didn't have much interest, ironically in part because of what the chick said here: News reaction channels are a dime a dozen, and while Matt was the best of the bunch in terms of reasonableness, it gets hard to give a fuck after seeing the same bullshit over and over again in slightly different contexts.
This seems like some weird, very minor drama to me, dunno why she framed her tweet in such a way. It started out amicable and then acted like Matt almost forced her to keep doing the same thing they were already doing for 8 years to this point. No need for such grandstanding if its just you getting tired of doing something. I guess that's women for ya, even the "based" ones often have some kind of issues. Doesn't help that she seems like a blowhard. I also fail to see how continuing as she already was would "compromise her principles", but whatever.
Edit: Apparently there's been an update from the chick's side. Suddenly it makes more sense why this parting was not as amicable as it should have been, apparently it was over a pay/work dispute between them.
Yup, my thoughts exactly. It's hilarious, she's massively based on some things...and pretty much a feminist on others, and gets in bitchfits from time to time. Not on the show thankfully, but she's a lunatic on Twitter. Which is hilarious, but still troubling.
Where do you see that? I'm not seeing it on Twitter.
Lol, apparently it looks like she deleted it before I could archive it.
Here's the copy-pasted text I still have on my nitter page:

A real shame that this institution of a show fell apart over 5%.
I'm surprised that their split was 50/50 up until this day.
I suspect it was a remnant of when the show began 8 years ago when they were single and childless.
I can see how Matt would grow resentful over time considering he's doing all the background work while Rebecca , as the pretty talent, shows up twice a week for 5 hours and couldn't even commit to the whole show once she became a mother.
That being said, Matt also has YT creator disease where you wonder what he does all week and claims to be doing days upon days of show prep.
In the end, Matt needs the show more than Blonde. Blonde is a retired conservathot-turned-tradwife&SAHM with wealthy offscreen husband.
Matt is the breadwinner for his wife and family who needs to do the YT grind for another two decades or get a real job.
This is short-sighted on his part because without Blonde he's probably going to end up having audience members drifting away. Their dynamic made the whole show.
