Those are some interesting and serious questions, unfortunately the responses you're getting are just as ignorant as any other. They claim it's women or willful or neglecent or the epstine pedo ring, but the truth is the people on this board have no fucking clue what the answer is and are just spouting what they BELIEVE it to be, or what they want it to be.
Unless we had some clandestine scheme that infiltrated the fortune 500 to ask these questions systematically, I don't think we will ever known the answer. But the question itself is very significant.
