It takes a long time for the info to propagate but eventually serious people will catch on.
No faggots, no women.
At least if you care about the goal of the project more than fighting drama.
And then, sadly, takes a long time to fall off, and then people get "inclusive" again.
It's the standard hard times/weak men, weak men/hard times paradigm.
And yet, people will be shocked and appalled when people start telling these spoiled children that, no, they don't just get to do whatever they want.
