Keep in mind that every single nasty loud leftist activist you see online eagerly supports the exact same kind of genocide happening to white people in the US. The worst ones will gleefully tell you this to your face, but the slightly smarter/less impulsive ones who lie about it genuinely want you and your family dead too.
There was a Charlize Theron movie where in the credits scene it was implied that the "good" immortal SJWs helped the haitian revolution.
The previous generation of leftists also felt this way but they were much better at lying about it.
