Paul Harrell was the greatest gun YouTuber to ever live. he was unapologetic about his reviews, and was not afraid to test ridiculous assumptions about guns. He dispelled a lot of myths about guns and helped a lot of people getting into guns to stay grounded, myself included.
he was also probably the king of dry humor on youtube, oftentimes able to crack a hilarious joke before you even realize he's being funny.
he will very much be missed
Never heard of him. But sounds like a cool dude.
R.I.P.
That's classy and heartwarming, too; all the other guntubers in the comments. Brandon Herrera, GarandThumb, hickok45, mrgunsandgear, and more.
The man apologized for dying. And unlike a lot of people talking about guns on YouTube, he knew his stuff, forwards and backwards, and he had been there. I will miss seeing him.
No kidding either, he was a part of THREE successful self defence shootings, he knew what he was talking about and wasn't afraid of using it.
I knew about two, but not about the third. Uncle Paul had seen the elephant, for sure.
Where the hell did he live that this happened?
One of my best friends died two days ago. Paul isn't a surprise, but this makes shitty times worse. Call it parasocial if you want, but Paul has given me incredible intel and entertainment over the years. Godspeed guys.

His cancer announcement vid was July last year, where he said they caught it early and recently. The vid he's recording in preparation for his death here was 20/12/23. In that time it had spread to his bones and destroyed his hip. That seems very aggressive and fast.
Pancreatic cancer is vicious, painful, and fast.
Fuck this sucks. He was one of the few guntubers I could actually recommend to people, a complete antidote to all the larper faggots with their plate carriers and tattoos and shit. No gay skits or flashy editing, Just straightforward, practical advice delivered with a side of dry humor.
Even if you aren’t into guns I would recommend his channel, his Dade Shootout video is a work of art.
R.I.P. Paul,
May your poptarts be forever gooey.
It kills me seeing someone still so sharp of mind and cut down before their time...
I couldn't watch the whole thing. RIP my good man.
