Since that point, Abraham and Franck (the guys writing The Expanse) have published 8 more novels and 10 short novels in the series. Martin has published one prequel novel and three prequel novellas, and no further books in the ASOIaF series.
Oh, and The Expanse began, completed, and finished the TV series in the same time period.
