So this got me looking into it more. What is this thing? I can't find any solid info. Is it not a typical tranny with the bits sliced off? Has it ever had a penis?
They've made this stuff all too confusing. I'm getting the idea this is some sort of mutant.
We don't have much information. The Olympics and NPCs are just trying to obfuscate everything and dehumanize anybody who disagrees with whatever they decide is the Truth.
It's possible it's a woman with hyperandrogenism and just has a shit tone of testosterone. It's possible it's intersex. Neither of those things require ever having a penis.
I wish there would be a way to have a legitimate discussion about all this.
It is unclear, partly because no medical diagnosis has been revealed, only speculated. The speculation is a condition that itself is an umbrella term.

A bit repetitive at times, but I think it covers the background pretty well.
Khelif hasn't yet commented on the subject but speculation abounds that she has a [Difference in Sex Development], a rare condition that only affects between 0.05 and 1 percent per cent of the population.
Also called 'intersex' conditions [...]
DSD is an umbrella term for 40-plus individual conditions which develop in the womb.
For example, a person can be born with female genitalia but have the XY chromosome combinate typical of males as well as internal hidden testicles.
They can give people unusual combinations of chromosomes and reproductive organs, which in the context of sport, can boost their performance.
For example, an athlete may be born with female anatomy but have a DSD which boosts her level of testosterone, a hormone critical to building muscle and strength.
While many DSDs are spotted at birth, some only come to light in puberty or as a result of a medical operations, test and even autopsies.
At the time International Boxing Associate president, Umar Kremlev, claimed the tests had proven Khelif 'had XY chromosomes', which are an indicator someone is male.
The IBA, the prior top group for boxers, said "she" failed the test and wasn't legitimate. It appealed, but withdrew the appeal. The other major player who failed a test is an obvious man with no question who didn't even bother to appeal it. The IBA is no longer recognized by the IOC because something something Russia, which means the degenerates who allowed all that drag shit is responsible for "qualifying" them. I believe its one of the only Sports where the IOC doesn't default to the International Org's decision.
The proof that it is a female is a picture of them as a child in women's clothing and their own claims. That's about it.
So either its a tranny who is getting away with a lot, or is a women/intersex that is so pumped full of testosterone and other chemicals that it basically dwarfs any other legitimate female competitor.
Both options are "unfair" to the competition. They are just trying to focus it on the "transphobia" angle to discredit the fact that the other option also looks horrible and raises even more terrible questions about doping and the chemical differences between men/women.
I doubt it's a tranny. Algeria is one of the nations that I don't believe supports that kind of insanity.
That leaves us with intersex or another genetic malfunction. Because if she were a normal woman we would know so by now. We don't know if she ever had a penis. Some intersex people would not have it. Some might have had it and in certain countries that kind of stuff could be surgically removed at birth to "force" them into a role.
That said - she has something that massively increases her testosterone most likely above the limit for other women. I don't think she should be compete in women's competition. Does that suck for her? Yes, and I do feel for her a bit. But life isn't fair. Genetic things hinder what we can do & become.
If that's the case, the only reason I can see that no one comes out and say that is fear of the tranny mob. It would do exactly what you say, buy some sympathy. You're right it's still unfair, but I mean I don't have any genetic athletic ability at all, I could possibly have ever competed in the Olympics, it's just the cards you draw.
TBF this isn't the typical tranny in women's sports like Willie "Lia" Thomas, etc.
Apparently (I say that because nobody's giving us clear answers) this person has a genetic condition that while having XY didn't develop male genitals but what appear from the outside to be female- however he doesn't have ovaries/womb/etc. So he was actually ID'd as a female at birth because he appeared that way, but inside he has undescended male testes.
So this guy would have been raised a girl at least until they realized "she" should've had "her" period- even in Algeria I can't see them not figuring this out by the time he was like 16ish.

Has male chromosomes. Looks male. Is tall and has strenght above-average for males.
Hypotheticaly possibly being born with a genital malformation.
Why the fuck is he competing in the women's olympics in BOXING no less? Because Clown World.
