If I post a comment or a post on kia2 on reddit it always gets zero upvotes.
And if I try to view the post/comment without logging in it is invisible.
Anyone know how to fix this? I guess it’s part of reddit’s “crowd control” :

You might not be gay enough for reddit. Trying being more gay.
I think google-youtube is the worst at this new kind of censorship.
We’re not far away from them using AI to verify every comment you make benefits the DNC.
Not to mention platforms filtering on comments you should see, all the while telling you it's for your own good because "There are many comments for this content; so we've picked the ones you'd be interested in!"
I doubt it is crowd control. If it's only KIA2, it might be a requirement that only approved users post. Contact an active moderator to get approved submitter status.
Well...shit
I got sitewide banned for an innocuous post (Two actually) on KiA2.
Could be an admin or supermod decision rather than our boys in blue there. I hope you get to the bottom or it and share what you find out.
I don’t want to link my reddit username because I keep recreating a new random username every time I get a sitewide ban.
It’s annoying that I have enough karma to post to almost any subreddit. But not to kia2
All I know is that I got 2 sitewide bans on the one account on the one day for two different posts which were not even the tiniest part against sitewide rules.
KiA2 clearly has someone over on Reddit's administrative end taking scalps from that subReddit and they can hope that the Nuremberg defence can work for them all they want when they're found out, but it didn't the last time someone tried to use it and it shouldn't the next time either.
I haven't logged into reddit since shortly after they took down TheDonald. I was somewhat active there; only got banned once ever for writing "Eric Ciaramella" and it was for two days (the mods warned us but I didn't care, plus I had an alt anyway).
I wouldn't be surprised if I tried to log in again and find my account was deleted, or at least unable to even go to half the boards.
Your boys don't give sitewide bans... at all. In fact, if they remove one of your posts, you are highly unlikely to get a sitewide ban over it to begin with.
By boys have always had my back AoV and I usually get a message if something ha to get removed.
I might disagree with it but I always take it.
The sitewide ban was from two posts on KiA2, within an hour of each other, for nothing which would break any rules on any subreddit.
Someone's watching over that sub and it's not my boys :)
Unfortunately, there are people who watch that sub in order to get users and the sub itself into trouble.
I suspect that's what happened in my case.
A small mention on Nanjing by way of someone talking about Hiroshima and Nagasaki being too far by the US and one of two sitewide bans.
I don't know if (m)any others got culled when I did but it was excessive and flies in the face of reasonable discussion.
As I've said you or Dom would have told me what I did wrong and I would have taken it. Instead I just decided to delete the vast majority of the content I was providing the site with.
Could be any number of things, but you might not be an approved user. What is your username on Reddit?
You can only post on KIA2 if you've joined up and they've approved you.
Why the fuck would you ever visit, let alone post on retarddit.
A lot of good posters never made the jump from KIA2 reddit to here, and with them a lot of good topics also never make it over because people here are a lot more angry and politically charged while the ones still there are more nerd focused still.
So both places have their value for what one is interested in.
I would get behind that sentiment...
If it weren't for the fact that the group who ruined AAA and indie video games, games journalism, fantasy, sci-fi, tabletop gaming, comic books, TV shows and movies, and English translations and dubs of Japanese games and anime are the same exact people who lied about GamerGate and its motives going on a decade, lied about Trump and his supporters going on 8 years, condoned, incited, and outright participated in political violence with little to no pushback, got us into conflicts we have no business being in, and lastly want us all dead, our children brainwashed and raped, and think it's funny.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for unwinding for a few hours by partaking in these hobbies, but the left force their ideology in all of our faces every single day, and to actively choose to not do anything to combat it; whether something as small as telling the truth about trannies (ie. calling a crossdressing man with his balls cut off a man), or something a little bigger like boycotting (see Bud Light), or as large a task as running for office (see Brandon Herrera's recent attempt which only lost by less than 400 votes); does a grave injustice to those of us who do try to do something about it.
TL;DR You'll only be left alone to do nerd stuff if you take a good look at the left and force them to.
you don’t win by retreating.
Tons of liberals can get their eyes opened if you are subtle enough not to get banned
Liberals agree with the long term goals of the far left, only disagreeing with the methods used to reach said goal. Anybody not awake by now is not worth saving.
I've been banned from Reddit repeatedly because they decided fictional anime girls I posted "looked" underage, even though they weren't. I was finally banned completely for crossposting a funny Nekopara meme, half a year after the post. I then decided that I was much happier on Scored and other places like the Fediverse, and decided to stop using Reddit because it just wasn't the same anymore.
