By 78 trillion, she means your money, not her money. Also you will have to stop eating as well. By covering the planet in metal towers and rectangles, removing more flora than any previous civ, will of course not cause climate change itself. Trust the science. You can't have a blasted wasteland without breaking a few eggs.
