I'm not claiming that. Doubt it actually, but the whole thing sounded like the script was made with ChatGPT. It seemed like a mashup of his previous political speeches. He literally said nothing of substance except claiming the border is more secure now than when Trump was president.
Which was a bald-faced lie.
I just wish they were competent enough to have decent quality. It's the fucking White House. I know it was streamed, but still. I can get better results, and my internet isn't great. Especially if it's prerecorded, which many people Biden's was.
It's really stupid that the freaking President* is artifacting and shit. There's no reason for that. If it had been better quality it would have been much easier to say 'nah, no way that's AI.' As is...I couldn't say one way or the other. I agree with you that it's not the likeliest scenario...but it also wouldn't have been hard, with the shit video quality to hide any weirdness.
He did seem to be glitching out in places, and stuff. Which, again agreeing with you, does not mean I think it was AI or anything. But it was certainly shit quality.
As you say, poor quality camouflages the rough edges of deepfakes, and that makes a lot more sense than the White House having 00's internet quality.

If he cared about democracy and representation, he either should have gotten out earlier, or stayed in. Or at least had a better reason (or even a reason at all!) why he was dropping out.
As is, he got everyone to vote for him then, after securing the nomination, dropped out. Then talked about democracy, while his own supporters don't get to pick who they run as president. What a joke.
Genuine, IMO. Note the visible facial injuries on the right side of the screen (top and bottom of face). It tracks with the rumors from the other night about Joe having a medical emergency in Las Vegas from falling and hitting his head. "Falling" is what's rumored anyways. More like Harry Reid'd out of office.
