If you aren't willing to defend your opinion, don't come waltzing out with your controversial takes like you should be listened to in the first place. It takes nothing to say nothing, especially when its a basic bitch point people have made a million times already. Unless your ego is so big that you feel that your opinion must be heard by the masses, of course. Which is what people who usually say things like that are guilty of.

If its a no lifer that's got no value in conversing with further then just don't respond. Don't try to passive aggressive reclaim some dignity by saying you are going to stop responding, just fucking stop.

Especially if you have reached such a point of having lost that you need to dig on them to discredit their ideas because you can't engage with their actual words.
