Viva is right.

Criminal Charges need to be pressed against a lot of people.

They won't be, but we shouldn't be afraid to point out the obvious. If they are truly this incompetent, then it's criminal negligence.

I liked one congressman's comment: "How is it that the shooter visited the site more than you?"
