It’s just ideological possession in action. If there’s a 0.01% chance that it was staged, leftists will believe it because that’s better for their cause. The evidence doesn’t matter.

It's more like media capture. He basically doesn't ever hear anything that isn't from a mainstream media source. He's one of those people that thinks CNN is center-right.
