Why would it be illiegal? I think everyone should implement as much or as little DEI as they want. The problem with governments and the like is that those that implement it or want to have it implemented have nothing to fear when (not if, we're talking about DEI here) shit hits the fan. "give opportunities to women and minorities" means nothing, they already had the opportunities, there was no one saying they can't apply.
Thing is, they would have to explain why would they have 20 something % women when I assume the one that want to become secret service are 99% men. Would imply that the women were not only as good as men but 20 times better.
