I don't think anyone was insane enough to suggest the random OF girl was involved.

You implied she was in on it, and a "leftist." Among other things:

If she's a leftist, it could blow this wide open

Point is, this is almost certainly fake. Either a straight up troll, her trolling for attention, or an actual simp promoting her.
