This whole thing is over mild flirting with a 17 year-old?

It's sleazy for him to do, especially as a married man, but I just have to roll my eyes at the pearl-clutching over a 17 year-old.

AFAIK, the age of the minor has never been confirmed anywhere (unless it's in the new video).

The "she was 17" thing is something that's unsourced but keeps being repeated.
