Trump ain't it that's true. But we are still so early in this timeline. When you have to use a wheelbarrow of cash to pay for a load of groceries, we might see someone real come forward with real solutions.
Might be part of why there's a big push for digital currency right now. For the idiot masses paying via numbers in a database eliminates the visceral reaction of seeing a physical representation of just how utterly fucked they are monetarily.
Digital currency turns your money into glorified coupons that the government can put an expiration date on and dictate what you can or can't purchase.
I'd bet 99.5% of people pay for their groceries with a card already. It probably goes up to 99.9% for people under 65. You're making an argument from 30 years ago.
