I don't think anyone would have started on that train if they hadn't been notable for doing it themselves in the first place.
They act like a different ethnicity most of the time. It's not about their skin color. Though they obviously got that from white people. I believe that most of the emphasis on skin color has been made by the likes of them as a straw man argument to make racialists and race realists look bad. Right? It sounds too simple to think that light skinned people have a better moral character. The human inherently understands that the outside is different than the inside. So whatever truth there is to the melanin thing, jews make race realists and racialists look bad by substituting this mode of thinking for our actual beliefs and then emphasizing that.
Only under a system obsessed with skin color are any jews white. That's the only thing that some jews and white people share vs any other people. To call jews white also implies a lack of understanding of the parasitism of jewish communities within other civilizations.
I think people call them white because they literally are. The problem with Word Games is that people who aren't involved will use literal definitions, while everyone else squabbles over implications.
Like, if white means something moral, political, or geographical then clearly they fall short. But as a literal color they are, and that's why most people call them such. To both their benefit and detriment.
I get what you are saying, and its not wrong. But nobody would have cared to stand on this distinction to begin with if they hadn't planted the flag themselves. They would have been "othered" in some other more obvious way.
I think what jews are literally is mixed. But I agree they look white. That's enough reason for confusion, and of course they would take advantage of that.
White only means whatever the person saying it means. to me, whether or not jews are white is a matter of opinion. There are identifiable genetic groups like Caucasian, Mongoloid, Negroid, and Australoid, but that's not precisely the same thing as white. For instance, most American blacks are about 1/3 Caucasian, but we don't quibble about them being black. Nature doesn't care about our classifications, however well they do or do not match genetics. That is what the lefties have right. White/black/Hispanic are figments of our imagination, but that doesn't mean we're all the same.

I think that's the purpose of having a clear physical categorization. Otherwise most people have a bunch of mixing and random bullshit that may or may not manifest. But if they have the bone structure or coloration of X, I think we can just say they are X and then fractalize as we go down.

I think this is how the Jews and Lefties want it. Wherein "racial categories" aren't just a definable thing, but a morally assigned grouping where they can be the bad stuff and the good stuff on whichever places they want. Its why they don't want to be White, because they've made white a bad thing to be.
Continuing to push them out is still playing their game, in my opinion, because its accepted the "moral assignment" idea but just reversing it. Which rarely works in our favor because of how strongly they control media and language.
Also keeping them white also keeps them under the target of the blacks who don't give a shit about their distinctions, and watching their golems turn on them is my greatest source of mirth these days.
Pick an origin story for the Ashkenazim. Let's go with the Khazar replacement theory. So a white people mixed with some Middle Eastern (I guess Semitic) people, creating the Ashkenazi. This is why I don't like neat categorizations: Are these Ashkenazim white or not? To me, it's yes and no. Some % yes and some % no. As long as we're not confused about what the truth is (to the extent we can be certain about it), I don't care which definition of white you use.
I'm even kind of dodging the question of what, precisely, Middle Eastern Jews would have been if not white. But clearly we can understand there is a difference between someone from down there and someone from up there.
Jews are going to be othered now matter what. They're going to be slippery. Not that it's hard to pull a fast one on the negro. He will variously think all white people are the same and be the biggest Jew-hater since Vespasian.
There are Yakub's Blessed Creations, and those that happen to look like them (or are the Creations, masters of Deceptology, actually looking like those other people?).
