After further research Rune's current identity is Chio Chompi. The voices are similar, but Chompi is definitely her. Currently people are theorizing that this is Biscotti's (who I don't know anything about) new Identity.
vtuber stuff is so weird, haha. I don't really get it, but it's fun to hear other people talk about it from time to time.
