Quite fascinating, the mind of a retard
if you showed them what this country became BECAUSE they stormed that beach, how many would turn around and get right back on the boat?
You say D-day, I saw Weimar republic's centennial anniversary.
I think one of the things that unfortunately is missed in a lot of films I see about D-Day is WHY Omaha beach the worst was just how much went wrong the biggest being no Tanks.
Fat Electrican went over Hobart's 'funnies' as their presence literally made the casualty rate get halved in comparison to Omaha. It is briefly mentioned in Saving Private Ryan but easily missed.
Yes those Churchills and Shermans allowing engineers to focus on clearing stuff, while also giving German defenders something to shoot at that wasn't another soldier was quite helpful.
Leftists explaining how the US was evil for it's entire existence except for 1941-1945.
reminds me of how leftists will praise the union for their heroic triumph over slavery during the US civil war, while simultaneously condemning in the strongest possible terms the Union's absolute slaughter of native Americans.
