I would love to flee East, but the majority of my family is in the Pacific Northwest states. I love the Midwest and Appalachian mountain region though.

Mine lives there too.

Covid was the test. They all complied even while complaining that it was illegal or unconstitutional. If yours did too, then recognize that they will comply with future illegal actions too, and that this means they are no protection.
