Likely so. Women allow the top tier of men to break rules while your average man has to obey the rules and below average men don't have rules because they're ghosts who don't exist in their minds.
I think it's more that women be crazy. the craziest women I've seen are not hot, and the subjects of their affections are equally sad looking.

Think about a pecking order. The submissive ones don't have to worry too much as they just wait their turn. The aggressive ones intend to push, so it's no biggie to them. The ones in the middle may be confused.
