It's his fault for offering the deal, and also [his/her] fault for taking it. The whole transaction is repugnant, and everyone involved should be viewed with disgust for participating.
You aren't wrong to say that Harvey Weinstein should probably get some punishment for offering. You are wrong to say that the women have no agency in accepting. You draw the analogy of an "attacker," but he did not "attack" anyone. These people walked into the office, they were offered "fame and fortune for your body," and they said "yes."
Realistically, the whole thing is closest to prostitution, except that in this case the john and the pimp are essentially one guy. Ergo, the prostitute and the john/pimp should both be punished. Unfortunately, we are not operating under that system, and the substitute system we have, of lying about what actually occurred to displace all the blame onto one party, is not good. When you call Weinstein an "attacker," who "forces mindrape" on people, you are siding with that system, because you are also displacing agency and thus culpability from the women who willingly took the deal.
Women who make false rape accusations (like these actresses) need to be severely punished. They weren't raped. It's a complete lie to pretend like they were raped.
Similarly, foreign men who prostitute women need to be severely punished.
Both Weinstein and his accusers should be rotting away.
the system in question just declared this guy innocent. it also generally hails him as a modern artist and a successful businessman. you will find that by defending him at all, you do the bidding of this system much more than i do. the correct outlook is to consider removing the source of these offers first, then worry about why people are taking them. defending the pimp against the hoes, or the drug dealer against the addicts, or any other analogy, does little to make either go away.
while you're correct that the people taking the offer still have agency, considering that it should be obvious that the source of the problem is the guy offering and pushing mental, spiritual and physical destruction on people, i find it extremely suspect how the grandest message both you and others put out is not "let's rid ourselves of these heinous people", but "i'm glad my population got turned into whores and paid the price, it makes me happy when these bitches get their comeuppance."
if you want to stand a chance in hell of not seeing any more weinsteins scurrying about like diseased fat rats laying their hands on our people, these thoughts should not even be possible within your neurological connections. the only one that ought show up is "this man has ruined what used to be my people, i must stop him.". weinstein and his ilk are like this, which is why they rape, rob, and kill gentiles any chance they get. weinstein would rub his hands with glee if you were falsely accused of rape. we will simply not get anywhere if ever we defend them against our own, no matter how stupid our own may sometimes be.
no, they correctly changed what he was guilty of to "not rape". he's still guilty of anything else he's beeen charged with.
the rest stands. as long as the left has people like you running in circles and getting bogged down in the latest agitprop, you will have much trouble getting anything done.
