I'm impressed that you actually produced a source. Normally when people try to attack the Talmud, they just cite some website that collects quotes they think are damaging to Jews.

But I think you misunderstand the nature of the Talmuds.
So explain that verse to me, why are they worried about the virginity of 3 year olds?

I might as well explain electro-weak theory to you. If you want it explained, you could consult someone who knows what he's talking about, who has made his life studying the Talmud.
Why are they worried? Purity religions are worried about a lot of weird things. Here, it might be retaining the girl as marriagable though.
How would you know it's "the truth" if you copy-pasted it from a site that has an ax to grind, which does not provide a source?
Many excellent infographics or whatever you want to call them on the subject exist, sourced and everything, but there’s no winning with some of you people, and even if every quote is cited and an unambiguous translation of writing included in the talmud, you’ll be accused of gishgallop - and on the other hand, if even one of two dozen quotes comes from, say, a kabbalistic text (thus not the talmud, a good example being the Toledat Yeshu), the image will be accused of conflation and dismissed out of hand by the usual suspects.
So that’s why I go to the source, and following from that the translation the mainstream jews themselves agree upon.
So to bring us back, tell me, why do you take such severe issue with one “purity religion” and not the other? When the jews work out just how old their rape victims can be to still be of mariable quality, you squeak out “buh buh im no expert, but I’m sure it’s justified!”, yet when the Muslims say “women should behave in X, Y, and Z fashion” you raise a bitch fit and act like we should send goyim, I mean “our sons and daughters” to fight them in some kind of clash of civilizations. Am I reading you wrong?
This is the very first time that an even mildly dubious text from the Talmud has been sourced by someone. Normally, it's just copy-paste for people who look for a club with which to beat people they don't like.
And if I understand it correctly, and I'm not a Jew let alone one spending 18 hours a day at the Yeshiva as some here believe, the Talmud is nothing more than a collection of the words of famous Jewish 'theologians'. As if you were to gather all the famous medieval Christian theologians who commented on Lombard's book. Now, some of them no doubt said something batty. It doesn't follow from that at all that this is 'the Jewish view'.
Well yeah, if you claim the Talmud says something and it's a Kabbalistic text, they're right to dismiss that.
If I purported to quote Augustine and produce as evidence something from Quesnel's devotional or some text of mysticism, you'd call me a retard, and rightly so.
One has 1.5 billion followers, is exterminating all religious minorities as well as freethinkers in its midst, is threatening to overtake all of Europe, and the other is a pitiful sect taking no or barely any converts whose adherents go from one catastrophe to the other.
If Muslims kept to themselves, had only 15 million people, took no converts, and better yet, were effing off to a country they created, I'd love them.
Just posing an alternative interpretation to "the Jews just want to rape 2-year-olds", which seems pretty strange to me.
I'd do it if it did any good. But it doesn't, as the past two decades have taught us.
Right now, it's the 'Chosen People' fighting Islam and the Muslims. So "the goyim" are sending the Jews to do their dirty work for them. You should love them.
