Absolutely. It’s crazy that we are still dealing with the effects of the 7th gen. Sony and Microsoft saw the Wii print money and wanted in on that.

Microsoft started and pushed the Kinect. That cause them to fuck up the Xbox one. That in turn forced them to push gamepass hard as a way to recover.

Sony pushed the Move but when that failed they saw Naughty Dog doing well and decided to copy and paste that movie game design.
