How would he (or anyone) know that? I'm in a toss-up state and know plenty of people voting for Biden. At least, that's what they say in public circle-jerks to signal their loyalty to the cause. I certainly hope they'll stay at home curled into a fetal position on election day.
From current polling data showing how many people of each demographic are changing their votes to Trump from last election. Old people and college educated whites are the only groups holding for Biden. The rest are all switching sides in huge numbers. We're talking about up to 30% swings in blacks and hispanics. And these numbers are despite their efforts to skew the polls to their advantage.
So if everyone who voted for Trump last time votes for him again, and the people who claim they are ditching Biden vote for Trump this time, it will be mathematically impossible for Biden to win, even if they stuff ballots to reach 100% turnout.

If polls show Trump losing, they're fake and he's winning bigly. If polls show Trump winning, that proves fraud.
Unfortunately, "big swings" among blacks have proven to be nothing but mirages in the past, and probably this time as well. I will be very positively surprised if he gets 15%.
