A key difference from 2014 to 2024 is that women are way more fractured as political movement. The trans push made it so it's harder for a full feminist attack on us.
I really should do a "what happened in 2014 vs the situation in 2024" post as there's a lot of factors working in our favour. They thought they could play the long game when ironically we won it as a side quest.
We are not in an economic boom. I don't expect anyone except journous to jump in to this. The journous will think they will get this huge boost but I doubt it will be like last time, this is why archiving is important.
Another difference is distrust in the media, even stuff like CNN is hot garbage, there is no illusion of authority.
Average people started noticing stuff at a larger scale. We have more then a third of white students lying about their race on applications, more then half of white boys. They can't hide their racism this time around.
I wonder how many of these "minority" people still share the same views, after ten years of being exposed to Trump derangement? Are any of them gonna start tweeting #NotYourCudgel?
