Nah, the left has been pro-Muslim and anti-Jewish for a lot longer than Covid. They couldn't publicly state it before because "muh antisemitism" and because they've been using it as a weapon against the right, but it's been fermenting for a long time. See the BDS movement for example.
It's just that Muslims are now reaching critical mass and they can be much more open about it.

being anti israel is not the same as being anti jewish. Sinfest for example is very anti jewish and the anti israel leftists hate him for that .they will keep saying things like "you can be against israel's genocide without being antisemitic you bigot"
Anti-BDS legislature is always good, because it's one of the very few official tools that gets used exclusively against leftists who have low impulse control.
