Is Joker considered TRP 1.0 or 2.0 according to this article's classification system?

I occasionally watch his stuff, but don't find he brings much that's too insightful, is pretty boomerish and seems to relish in the woman bashing (which I too enjoy, but often find it boring and formulaic).

He also gets docked points for being a former Nick Rekieta associate without calling Balldoman out.
