The simplest travel advisory these days is just "don't travel to places where their skin color is darker than your own." With how hostile the non-Whites are in my own country, I cannot imagine what decades of CIA and their own government propaganda has done to turn the rest of the world against me. Everyone is encouraged to exercise that chip on their shoulder and it shows.
