X appears to be returning to old Twitter's controversial "misgendering" ideas, this time shadow banning instead of an account suspension.

This is an outdated report. Elon has said that this is only true of X in Brazil, and that is only because the Lula government just passed a law. Elon is suing the Brazilian government to exempt X from the ruling but in the meantime, X has to ban Brazilian X users from misgendering.
