Perot '92 was not a spoiler candidate. H. Ross was going to be the President before the CIA put a hit out on his campaign.
RFK with Trump in the race is a spoiler candidate because he has no chance of winning. If Trump gets taken out of the race then RFK would be a second Perot, with an actual chance of winning.
I'd say in a Haley-RFK-Biden race the only way he doesn't win is through Operation Mockingbird propaganda, it could even come down to puppetmastering the House vote.

Perot was an outsider like Trump. His only mistake was running third party, but I doubt the other parties would have let him get anywhere either.
