EXEMPTION FOR POLICE AND JOURNALISTS LOL

This is why a journalist shield law never got traction in the US. We don't make provisions to distinguish journalists from other citizens asking questions. Police are regular citizens too, by the way, no matter how much surplus military gear they buy.
