No. They nodded to nigger's "I'm American" comment in a "uhhh... okay" way. They then said "Kankei naiyo (関係ないよ)"＝ "that's irrelevant".

They were definitely annoyed though, because this process can end fast (they just check the database if the registration number is reported for theft, the end) but nigger elevated the situation by acting like a communist bitch.
