I guess this will be a test of Iowa citizens to see if there are any that still have righteous outrage still left in them or not.
People should organize mailing campaigns, protests, and flood and inundate the system. Put pressure on them and remind them who the government is supposed to serve. This is the kind of thing that all Christians who still have a spine should agree upon.
Otherwise this dude might get screwed and made an example of, even if he gets out of the charges somehow, litigation is a massive strain on anyone.
(unless the courts in Iowa are somehow better than their legislative and executive branches, which I don't have much hope for)..
