The thing is, there's really no discussion to be had about this here. Everybody already knows all of this.
My entire response would basically be, "yup."
Even for me, all I can put in the discussion is that black youth culture is so violent that there's no reason to believe this is even racially based, it's just normalized levels of violence.
Additionally: elbow strikes, knee strikes, front kicks, and throws are severely under-utilized for the purposes of self-defense. Learn how to throw that shit down in an actual fight.
Why don't the non-black kids, who grow up in the same locations as these "normalized levels of violence" black kids, have the same "normalized levels of violence"?
Because they're not black? I would have thought that was self explanatory.

A lot of places do, the question is how bad the culture of those specific areas are. Pakistani communities are filled with rapists and pedophiles. Gypsie communities are fucking ruinous. Trailer Parks also have huge problems with drugs and violence.
Black communities are one of the few of these cultures where Leftism has been rotting for 50 straight years. They've actually never been this bad before, at any time.

Yep. That's an extreme outlier. And generally if you don't fuck with them, they won't fuck with you (except to pick your pocket or con you somehow if you're unlucky).
Trailer Parks don't have mobs of 15 people ganging up on 1 guy and beating them near death. It just doesn't fucking happen. Source: myself. I've lived in or near many trailer parks and it's never happened.
I also grew up in an effectively 100% white area. (I didn't know how lucky I was at the time) We had like 3 black kids in the entire high school and 2 of them were thieves. I'm pretty sure they didn't pick that up from the surrounding "culture". (The other was a star athlete and still lives in the area, married his high school girlfriend, and has a successful life) We had 2 Asian kids and they were honor students.
Now I'm not going to argue that there's nothing to the "culture" argument at all, but I think that it is idiotic to completely dismiss the "nature" argument.
I dare you to show me any trailer park in the country with the same levels of violent crime as, let's say, Baltimore.
