Darrell E. Brooks Jr., the Wisconsin guy, is one of those sovereign citizens types. As such, he elected to represent himself at his trial. The trial was recorded and I think broadcast live. Brooks, in classic sovereign citizen form, would have frequent outbursts and make absolutely non-sensical statements. One of which was shouting "On what grounz?"
It's all really easy to find if you are curious.
That's just what the system wants people to think.He was a criminal hiding behind the excuse of sovereign citizens which is different from people wanting to drive a car or live their lives unmolested by the state.

The black nationalist and sovereign citizen movements have a very large overlap.
It's actually pretty sad to me. I can understand the sovereign citizen movement but the people caught up in being arrested are, for lack of a better word, retarded.
They know just enough that they hurt themselves. No, you aren't wrong in saying the things being asked of you is un-Constitutional. Yes, you still have to comply.
