Women have an inherent need to be conquered and dominated (I'm looking for that article about the one who started visiting her boyfriend's murderer in prison, or the one who lost all attraction to her boyfriend after he was raped).

Giving them any kind of position is pure civilizational suicide. It's advertising you're free for conquest to the first invader.
