It was the knee jerk reaction. I kept thinking what could she do to redeem herself, and all I could think of was ridiculous hypothetical situations that would never happen, and still wouldn't get me to think of her any other way.

For instance:

This lady could save boxes full of kittens and babies going into a burning building over and over, getting worse and worse burns each and every time, and I'd still think of her as the lust filled idiot who tried to get the attention of a kid fucker.

Now that I'm merely disappointed by the actions, and not immediately filled with a rage that made me want to stick my thumbs into her eye sockets and crush them like grapes, I can actually say it without every second word being fuck.
