even the costume design and everything is getting lazy, you can't even be wowed by pretty graphics and there's better stuff I've seen from short films made in blender.

I blame DIE stuff for that. You either have diversity hires that will do the minimum amount of work or white guys that had their passion killed by those that hate them.
