Biden puts condition on humanitarian aid to Gaza as Israel allows Egypt to deliver supplies

Israel announced Egypt will open the Rafah crossing along the Gaza-Egypt border to allow humanitarian aid to Gaza for the first time since they started a 10-day siege of the territory.

Depending on what happens, there may not be anyone to aid there soon.
The billions may come for importing and supporting Palestinian refugees.
